Description:
SJZS twin screw plastic extruder is a high efficient compounding extruder. It has small shear rate, not easy to decompose, uniform plasticizing and compounding, high productivity, good quality, good self cleaning, long using life. PVC powder can be extruded directly with good effect. It adopts auto temperature control system, vacuum exhaustion system, oil cooling system in the core of screw. The barrel cooling has to way, fan or oil. The motors can use AC frequency inverter or DC inverter system.
Applications:
Equipped with some relevant screw,die,auxiliary unit, we can make pipe,plate,film,hollow profile and other plastic products from thermoplastic plastic powder,reinforced thermoset plastic powder and modified plastic powder with this series extruders.
